PAUL LEBEAU

Principal

Paul originally co-founded LeBeau Realty & Associates in 1997. As a Principal of LeBeau Realty & Associates, Paul is involved in every facet of new property acquisitions as well as the implementation of value-add and income enhancement strategies associated with the firm’s existing 1.0M+ square foot portfolio.

Paul’s responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer include project origination, capital sourcing and management, financial reporting, and control.

Prior to co-founding LeBeau Realty & Associates, Paul served as a Vice President with Chase Manhattan Bank where he was responsible for the origination and management of more than $2.5B for the acquisition, development, and construction of commercial real estate nationwide.

Paul earned a Bachelor of Arts, Economics, from the University of California, Berkeley as well as his MBA, Real Estate Finance, from the University of Southern California.

Greg Bowman

Vice President of Leasing

Greg joined LeBeau Realty & Associates in 2015 as Vice President of Leasing.

Greg manages all marketing and leasing activities throughout LeBeau Realty & Associates’ 1.0M+ square foot portfolio. He is responsible for negotiating and executing new leases, as well as improving upon existing leasing and renewals. Prior to joining LeBeau Realty & Associates, Greg spent five years with Cushman & Wakefield predecessor company, Cassidy Turley/DTZ, working with owners and tenants as an office leasing specialist in urban San Diego office markets. During that time, Greg completed over 825,000 square feet of leasing totaling more than $125M in value.

A San Diego native, Greg earned a Bachelor of Science, Finance, from Miami University of Ohio.

Tanya Vafaee

Property Manager

Tanya serves as Property Manager with LeBeau Realty & Associates.

Tanya joined LeBeau Realty & Associates in 2017 as Assistant Property Manager with over seven years of experience in commercial property management. She was promoted in 2019 to Property Manager.

Tanya’s responsibilities include overseeing the property management team, all facets of tenant services, negotiate and manage vendor contracts, monthly reporting, preparation of asset budgets and management of capital and tenant improvements.

Prior to LeBeau Realty & Associates, Tanya served as Assistant Property Manager with QualityFirst Commercial where she was responsible for vendor coordination, tenant relations and rent collection.

Tanya is a dedicated, highly responsive and extremely organized Property Manager with a strong history of excellent Client and tenant service.
Tanya earned a Bachelor of Science, Psychology, from Columbia Southern University.

Kristine Swarts

Assistant Property Manager

Kristine serves as Assistant Property Manager with LeBeau Realty & Associates.

Since joining LeBeau Realty & Associates in 2017, Kristine has been responsible for daily property operations such as assisting tenants, maintenance scheduling, and event planning. She also is involved in the management of capital and tenant improvements as well as preparation of asset budgets. Prior to LeBeau Realty & Associates, Kristine worked as an intern at the Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center in marketing and cultural event planning.

A Pennsylvania native, Kristine earned a Bachelor of Arts, Global Studies and History, from the Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA and a Master of Arts, Middle Eastern Studies, from Leiden University in Leiden, the Netherlands.
